I kind of forgot I had a blog here. It's been 2 years since I've logged on! I gave my blog a minor facelift. I don't really know "html" or whatever so I used one of their templates. Good enough! Plus, it's pink =)

I guess not so much as changed since I've been here. I was just rereading my old blogs and it was kind of nice to read what I had going on back then. Brings back some memories! I don't do background work anymore..I've had colored hair for months and I never updated the pictures on my accounts so I just never submitted anything for work.

I am now a super senior at school! Kind of sucks, but I'll be done with college in December. IN DECEMBER. That's totally insane. It's gone by SO fast and I'm scared for what lies ahead. I'm just planning to find a job, but that's the scary aspect! I hope I find something..

So I went to Boston and New York in September 2011. I went with one of my best friends and I honestly cannot imagine experiencing those cities without him! He's fabulous, first of all, but he's one of the few people who I'm comfortable being around. I know there are a lot of people out there like me, but I'm not the most sociable person around. My sister is, but we're complete opposites. Anyway, both cities were simply amazing, but I'm going to say it...Boston stole my heart. I honestly want to pack my life and move there! New York is great, but there's just something about Boston.

So after our trip in 2011, we told ourselves we were going to go again this year. And we are!! I'm so excited. We're going to Philadelphia for a few days and then heading to New York. No Boston this trip, but I'm fine with that. I cannot wait to check out Philadelphia..there's just something about the east coast. Why are the major cities there so cool!? lol =)

Oh! Speaking of New York, I just bought this phone case yesterday. Isn't it pretty? I can't wait to receive it. My current one is a pink "retro tv" one I got at Nordstrom. I love that one and I've bought other cases here and there but I somehow always return to that one! I really do like this new one though, so we'll see :D

First post of 2010, and it's March. hahah. Time sure has flown, hasn't it?! I can't believe it. I'm finishing up my winter quarter here at the university, and it is kicking my butt D:

so this is a film i was an extra for.. it features nicole anderson from the new show JONAS featuring the Jonas Brothers. i got to spoke with her for a little and she seems nice. gorgeous eyes, hah. her mom was awesome. very talkative and super friendly. she asked for my name and was like 'okay, julia..roberts!' hahah her way to remember it i suppose. call time today was 630am D: calltime for tomorrow is 7am but considering it's mother's day im going to pass!! we were told that we'd be out by 3:00pm, then they changed it to 4 then Bear (the dude who got in a fight with Will Smith..yeah haha) wanted us to continue with the shot so we ended having to stay until 430. im soo tired and i need to work on a paper. i know im just gonna put it off until monday evening, when it's due the next day. AH! oh well, guess who i met thursday night...

my long distance relationship

so i was a background actor this past friday on a pilot for a possible new show for MTV..we filmed in whittier at this old now-closed correctional facility called fred c nelles..place gave me the creeps because we had to film a scene where the jail cells were.. me and a few others walked around and went into the cells and it was crazy. besides the place, i had so much fun and got to meet other cool people who were also "atmosphere" as roberto put it.. there was only 8 of us. im in the "dressing room" doing my hair + makeup and dan and james walk in and start stripping down (thanks guys lmao) and im thinking to myself, "i dont think i should be in here right now" haha the stylist put me in the most ridiculous outfit ever, as we were going for the "awkward weird look." i was put in sweats, shorts, a long sleeve shirt and a FWU school t-shirt (it was made for the show). sooo im sure you guys don't know who these comedians are but dan levy and james kirkland are two very funny people.. my long distance relationship was a webisode before mtv asked for a pilot. anyways, we spent like 10 hours filming this gym scene and that was super tiring but we all super happy to get out of our gym clothes.. however the next scene was a cafeteria scene and this is the midwest and we were suppose to pack on the layers.. so im there with my long sleeve shirt, coat, scarf, hat, and boots in weather that would simply require a tshirt and jeans haha. im burning up as im sitting there with freaking lights everywhere with el pollo loco in front of me which i shouldnt eat because it's a few hours old hahah. the words we all longed to hear finally came: IT'S A WRAP! wooo after 11 hours we're done shooting. i had a blast, cast and crew were so great and friendly (hi james!!). cant wait to hear if the show gets picked up

went to the nfg/bayside/set your goals/shai hulud show last week with Will. had such a wonderful time :)

next, bamboozle left! i'm stoked to see the get up kids.
